Bathroom extras are items you
can add to your bathroom remodel for additional costs. These items are
kept separate from the bathroom remodel pricing. The reason for this is
that some homeowners are perfectly happy with the bathroom window, while
another home owner wishes to replace the window and the lighting. We do
our best to eliminate extra costs in our bathroom remodel plans.
Extras are additional items
that can be added to your bathroom remodel while upgrades will be
additional costs to a individual item. Such as flooring for example :
Your bathroom remodeling plan 1 comes with vinyl flooring and you want
tile. There will be a price difference between the tile and the vinyl
flooring as well as the length of time it takes to install the tile
flooring. The price difference is the upgrade cost.
