| Our experience working in the construction business
for over 30 years plus 22 years as a licensed general contractor enables
us to pass along our experience to homeowners, contractors, architects,
engineers and other professionals involved in real estate developing or
maintenance. Our construction company has been
involved in small projects including simple home repairs, building tract
homes, commercial and industrial buildings, custom houses and remodeling
large apartment complexes.
While working on these projects I consulted regularly with General
contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, corporate officers,
property owners, building inspectors and most important, the people that
actually lived on the property.
Dealing with almost every aspect of the construction process as well as
the different problems, I soon turned into the man with all the answers.
These skills were developed from my responsibilities over the years as a
contractor and master carpenter.
