| These stairs look like they could
use some love and attention. They need to be repaired as soon as
possible. The damage to the stairs has created a safety hazard. Can you
believe this set of stairs is the only access to the unit above at a
church of all things. When a set of stairs suffers from this much damage
they can be repaired and brought back to life. But I would
recommend replacing this set of stairs.
Outdoor stair seem to suffer the most. Water is there worst enemy.
The set of stairs in the picture above has been damaged by water and
poor construction.
