| This small crack ruined the carpet
inside the house. The problem here is from the concrete patio slab not
being installed lower than the interior floor slab. The water from a
large rain storm that hit the area for two days flooded the inside area
of two bedrooms. To prevent mold and mildew to the carpet it had to be
thoroughly dried out and reinstalled.
