| The roof fascia is the board at the
end of the roof around the perimeter of the house. As you can see in the
picture above the wood fascia is damaged and needs to be replaced. The
damage to the roof fascia in the picture above is from the roofing, My
best guess is the roofing paper under the shingles is damaged.
The roof fascia is more of a cosmetic add on to your home but should
be repaired never the less. More important though is getting the roofing
repaired as soon as possible to prevent additional damage to the house.
