| Sometimes it's hard to see if your
sub floor is damaged until you remove your flooring. You can see in the
picture above that there was a water leak which in turn damaged the sub
floor and some of the floor sheathing.
If you have a weak floor or a toilet that moves often. You could have
damage that needs to be repaired. Most wood sub floor damage is caused
from water leaks in your bathrooms, kitchens, and under the sink
cabinets. Don't let these repairs go for to long because they present a
safety hazard to your family.
